
Hello! I’m Gwen Jones, founder of Treasured Footsteps Wellness. As a Wellness Coach and Certified Personal Trainer, I work with active women 50 + who are concerned about low bone density and fall related injuries as they age.
My mission is to help women build strength, improve balance andfeel energized, and confident — while easing the common aches and pains that often come with aging. I believe that taking care of your physical and mental health is not just important — it’s essential. That’s why I focus on realistic wellness practices that support the whole person.
At Treasured Footsteps, I provide a safe, supportive, and fun environment where my clients can move with purpose, connect with others, and truly enjoy their wellness journey. Every class, session, and walk is designed to be engaging, effective, and purposeful.
